Terms and Conditions for Free Delivery Promotion

1. Eligibility: This promotion is available to customers placing orders through the First Pharmacy delivery app within Kampala, Uganda, and its surrounding areas.
2. Promotion Period: The free delivery promotion is valid for orders placed through the app. First Pharmacy reserves the right to extend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Free Delivery within Kampala: Customers placing orders within Kampala will receive free delivery on all orders made through the First Pharmacy delivery app during the promotion period.
4. First Order on the App: Customers placing their first order through the app will receive 5% OFF their first 3 orders and free delivery (within Kampala) on each of these orders during the promotion period.
   
5. Delivery Exclusions: Free delivery is not applicable to emergency or express delivery services. Additionally, free delivery does not apply to returns or exchanges.
6. Delivery Locations: Free delivery is available within designated delivery areas as determined by First Pharmacy. Customers outside of these areas may be subject to additional delivery fees.
7. Promotion Abuse: First Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse free delivery to customers suspected of abusing the promotion, including but not limited to multiple accounts, duplicate orders, or fraudulent activity.
8. Promotion Changes: First Pharmacy reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of the promotion at any time without prior notice.
9. General Conditions: All orders are subject to First Pharmacy’s standard terms and conditions, available on the First Pharmacy website.
