How does it work? 

1. Present the card or the card number when making your payment 
2. You will instantly earn points equivalent to 3% of the total amount of your bill to your loyalty card points account
3. Every time you make a purchase, you earn points which accumulate over time
4. You can at any time, redeem your accumulated points. Redeeming means using the earned points to offset a given bill.
5. The loyalty points are not redeemable as a cash equivalent.
6. When you need to check your loyalty points balance, please ask the managers at any of our branches to check for the available balance on your card.
7. Your initial card is given at no cost. However, a replacement for a lost card will be at a charge of UGX15,000.
8. Every customer is entitled to one (1) card only.
9. The management reserves the right of termination of the issued card(s) as and when deemed necessary.
